1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by LeoSkill, Bengaluru (“Institute”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, or making payment, you (“User”, “Participant”, “Student”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

LeoSkill provides training programs in areas including but not limited to:

Bootcamps / Workshops
Internship Programs
Placement Support Programs
Online / Offline / Hybrid Courses
One-time paid masterclasses or events
Related technology domains
Programs may be delivered in:Online
Offline
Hybrid formats
LeoSkill reserves the right to modify course structure, schedule, trainers, or content at its discretion.

 
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
 
4. Enrollment & Payment
4.1 Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.

4.2 Payment options may include:

Full payment
Split payment plans
EMI options (through third-party providers)
4.3 LeoSkill may offer:

Scholarships
Discounts
Promotional offers
These are:

Time-bound
Subject to change
Non-transferable
4.4 Fees once paid are subject strictly to the Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy (Revised)

5.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@leoskill.com before the official course start date.

5.2 Refunds will be processed as follows:

Cancellation 7 or more days before course start: 100% refund minus a ₹5000 administrative fee
Cancellation 3–6 days before course start: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 3 days before course start: No refund
5.3 Once course access is granted and classes have commenced beyond the first session, no refund will be provided.

5.4 Exception: In cases of verified medical emergencies, LeoSkill may at its sole discretion offer a course credit (not a cash refund) valid for 6 months.

5.5 Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

 
6. No Job or Salary Guarantee
6.1 LeoSkill provides placement assistance only, which may include:

Resume building
Interview preparation
Career guidance
6.2 LeoSkill does NOT guarantee:

Job placement
Internship
Salary outcomes
6.3 Any salary figures or success examples shared are indicative and not binding.

 
7. Participant Responsibilities
You agree to:

Attend sessions regularly
Complete assignments and projects
Maintain professional conduct
Not engage in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

 
8. User Accounts & Access
8.1 You may be provided access to a student dashboard or learning platform.

8.2 You agree:

Not to share login credentials
Not to allow unauthorized access
8.3 Access is:

Personal
Non-transferable
Time-bound
Violation will lead to immediate termination without refund.

 
9. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All materials provided by LeoSkill including:

Videos
Documents
Code
Recordings
are the exclusive property of LeoSkill.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Recording sessions without permission
Sharing or distributing content
Uploading content to Telegram, YouTube, or any platform
Using materials for commercial purposes
Legal action will be taken in case of violation.

 
10. Code of Conduct
Users must:

Respect trainers and other participants
Avoid offensive language or behavior
Maintain a professional learning environment
LeoSkill reserves the right to remove any user violating this policy.

 
11. Technology & Platform Limitations
LeoSkill is not responsible for:

Internet connectivity issues
Device compatibility problems
Third-party platform failures
 
12. Limitation of Liability
LeoSkill shall not be liable for:

Career outcomes
Job placement results
Financial losses arising from course participation
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

 
13. EMI & Third-Party Services
EMI options may be facilitated through third-party providers
LeoSkill is not responsible for:Loan approvals
Interest rates
Repayment obligations
These are governed by third-party terms.

 
14. Termination
LeoSkill reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate access
Cancel enrollment
If:

Terms are violated
Misconduct occurs
Payment obligations are not met
No refund will be applicable.

 
15. Force Majeure
LeoSkill shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond control, including:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Technical disruptions
 
16. International Users
Users accessing services from outside India agree to:

Comply with local laws
Bear any applicable taxes or charges
 
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka (Bengaluru).

 
18. Modifications
LeoSkill reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.

 
19. Digital Acceptance
By selecting “I Agree”, enrolling, or making payment, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms
You voluntarily accept all conditions
This constitutes a legally binding agreement

20. Grievance Redressal (New clause)

20.1 In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, LeoSkill has designated a Grievance Officer to address student concerns.

20.2 Complaints must be submitted in writing and will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 working days.

20.3 If the resolution is unsatisfactory, students may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or approach the appropriate consumer forum.

 
21. Privacy Policy & Data Protection (New clause)

21.1 LeoSkill collects and processes personal data including name, contact details, payment information, and usage data solely for the purpose of providing training services.

21.2 In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), LeoSkill commits to:

Collecting only data that is necessary for service delivery
Not sharing personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law
Allowing users to request correction or deletion of their personal data by writing to support@leoskill.com
Retaining data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose

22. Course Deferral Policy (New clause)

22.1 Students may request a one-time course deferral (postponement to a future batch) under the following conditions:

Request is submitted at least 5 days before course commencement
A valid reason is provided (medical, personal emergency, or professional obligation)
22.2 Deferral requests after course commencement will be considered only in cases of documented medical emergencies.

22.3 Approved deferrals are valid for up to 6 months from the original start date. No cash refund is applicable under a deferral.

22.4 Only one deferral per enrollment is permitted. Failure to join the deferred batch will result in forfeiture of fees.
