LeoSkill is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and professional refund process for all learners enrolled in our online, offline, hybrid, mentorship, internship, and certification programs.
By making payment or enrolling in any LeoSkill program, the learner confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all LeoSkill offerings, including but not limited to:
Data Analytics Programs
Generative AI / Agentic AI Programs
Career Transition Programs
Bootcamps / Workshops
Internship Programs
Placement Support Programs
Online / Offline / Hybrid Courses
One-time paid masterclasses or events
2. Mandatory Pre-Enrolment Responsibility of Learner
Before making payment, it is the learner’s sole responsibility to review:
Program syllabus
Duration
Fees
Eligibility requirements
Class timings
Delivery mode
Hardware/software requirements
Career outcomes explained by LeoSkill
Refund policy
Enrollment after payment means the learner has independently evaluated suitability of the program.
3. Cooling-Off Refund Window (Limited Right to Cancel)
A learner may request cancellation within 7 calendar days from payment date OR before first live class, whichever occurs earlier, only if ALL below conditions are satisfied:
LMS access not activated, OR activated but not used materially
No live class attended
No mentoring session used
No downloadable premium material accessed
No certificate/internship process initiated
Refund During Cooling-Off Window:
Course fee refundable after deductions below:
Deductions:
₹5,000 Registration / Admission Fee
Payment gateway charges
Taxes already remitted where applicable
EMI / lender processing charges (if any)
Refund processed within 10 working days after approval.
4. Refund Before Batch Start (After Cooling-Off Window)
If learner cancels after cooling-off but before official batch start:
7+ days before batch start:
Refund of paid tuition fee after deductions.
3–6 days before batch start:
50% refund of tuition fee after deductions.
Less than 3 days before batch start:
No refund.
5. No Refund After Course Consumption Begins
Fees become non-refundable once any of the following occurs:
First live class attended
Recorded content materially accessed
LMS usage exceeds introductory access
Study materials shared/downloaded
Mentorship session used
Resume / placement support started
Internship project allocated
Doubt support activated substantially
Batch reserved and seat blocked where capacity is limited
At this stage, service is considered partially or substantially consumed.
6. Installment / EMI / Finance Cases
Where learner uses EMI / NBFC / third-party finance:
This refund policy still applies fully.
LeoSkill refunds only amounts actually received by LeoSkill, if eligible.
Loan interest, processing fee, lender charges, foreclosure fee etc. are outside LeoSkill control.
Remaining lender obligations remain learner responsibility unless waived by lender.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund shall not be granted for:
Change of mind
Lack of time
Personal/work schedule conflicts
Relocation
Failure to attend class
Dissatisfaction due to lack of personal effort
Job not obtained within desired timeline
Salary expectations not met
Comparison with cheaper competitors
Delay caused by learner documents/interview preparation
Internet/device issues at learner side
Misunderstanding already clarified in brochure/counselling
8. Placement / Career Disclaimer
LeoSkill does not guarantee:
Job placement
Interview calls
Specific salary package
Job within fixed time period
Foreign employment
Career outcomes depend on learner skill, effort, market demand, communication, location, prior background, and hiring conditions.
No refund arises merely because learner did not secure employment.
9. Exceptional Genuine Cases
LeoSkill may, at sole discretion, consider partial refund / batch transfer / credit note in cases such as:
Serious medical emergency
Accidental incapacity
Duplicate payment
Course cancelled by LeoSkill
Long postponement initiated by LeoSkill
Supporting documents may be required.
10. Promotional Offers / Scholarships / Discounts
Different learners may receive different pricing based on:
Scholarship eligibility
Limited-time offers
Referral campaigns
Corporate tie-ups
Batch launch pricing
Payment mode offers
Price differences do not create refund entitlement.
11. Abuse / Fraud Prevention
LeoSkill may reject refund requests involving:
False claims
Chargeback misuse
Multiple refund attempts after usage
Login sharing
Piracy
Threats / harassment / extortion tactics
Misrepresentation during enrollment
LeoSkill reserves legal rights in such cases.
12. Refund Request Process
All requests must be emailed with:

13. Refund Timelines
Acknowledgement: Within 2 working days
Decision: Within 7 working days
Approved payout: Within 10 working days thereafter
Bank/payment delays outside LeoSkill control may occur.
14. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability of LeoSkill in any approved claim shall not exceed fees actually received by LeoSkill for that learner, subject to applicable law.
Indirect, consequential, speculative career-loss claims are excluded to extent permitted by law.
15. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall first be attempted amicably through written grievance resolution.
If unresolved, subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Acceptance
By paying fees, clicking acceptance checkbox, signing enrollment form, or attending classes, learner confirms:
They read this policy
They understood this policy
They accepted this policy voluntarily
